University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) the best University in the Northern side of Nigeria is now selling post UTME and Direct Entry Screening forms online for the academic session of 2024/2025.
The date for UNIMAID Post UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise has been shared online. It is stated that the screening exercise will commence on Monday 19th August, 2024 and will end midnight of Sunday 20th September, 2024.
Who is Eligible
Only UTME and DE candidates who selected University of Maiduguri as first choice during 2024 JAMB and candidates who scored a minimum of 140 are eligible to apply.
NB :
Some courses may peg there cut-off mark above 140 but must be indicated on the University Website.
Candidate must meet the minimum UTME scores for their chosen courses and have the right UTME subject combinations as prescribed in the 2024 JAMB Brochure.
Candidates who do not meet any of the above requirements will be allowed to change to another course whose requirements they meet.
All candidates must possess a minimum of 5 O’Level credits in subjects relevant to their proposed courses, including Mathematics and English Language at not more than two sittings. In addition, Direct Entry candidates must possess a minimum of lower credits at National and/or Higher National Diploma level(s) or Merit at NCE level.
Only O’level result print-out(s) downloaded directly from the website of the National Examining bodies (WASC/NECO/NABTEB) or photocopies of original certificate(s) will be accepted at verification.

Candidates are to pay a non-refundable fee of TWO THOUSAND NAIRA (Two Thousand Naira) ONLY THROUGH REMITA PLATFORM.
CANDIDATES ARE TO ENSURE THAT THEIR O’LEVEL RESULTS ARE UPLOADED ON THE JAMB CAPS PROFILE WEBSITE.
